This is a base skin for making your own in Paint 3D or other similar programs. The letters on it stand for RightLeg, LeftLeg, RightArm, LeftArm, and Torso and Head. The darker body pieces are the outer layer and the darker faces on each piece are front and top. It will take a bit of memorizing what everything is, like the front of the bottom faces etc. but this is just for starters, in case you want to make a skin while offline. Just download and open in Paint 3D to edit.
