Well, when you're super angry, frustrated or stressed, you literally wanna destroy everything around you. DON'T DO IT! Especially at school. I got in trouble today for punching a bully in the face the other day, she annoyed me SO much I just POPPED! What to do when this occurs? Simple, calm down. BUT CALMING DOWN IS HARDDDD!!!!! My advice is that u listen to calm music, maybe scream if you're outside, taking a deep breath, just scribbling on paper or drawing, or all of the above. Myself, am struggling with mental problems. And I know it works for me. So calm down!
