THIS LIFE IS WORTH IT
Fernpelt groomed Dovefeather’s ruffled pelt, and Berryfur tried to share her fat vole, almost stuffing it up Dovefeather’s nose in the process.
“Are you sure you’re okay?” Fernpelt asking, stopping for only a moment before continuing to groom her pelt. Both warriors had been very kind to her, and visions kept popping up into her head. Lately, it had been of Berryfur screaming her name, two apprentices in the forest playing with each other, and teeth dripping with red as they turned up in an evil grin, maybe so evil it wasn’t even a grin, just TEETH.
“Yeah,” Dovefeather sighed. She had told them about having bad dreams, but for now, the only ones that knew about her visions and how she was part of a prophecy was Starclan.
Berryfur looked at her in sadness, and attempted a small smile. “Hey,” she whispered. “We don’t go through things well on our own; not just me and Fernpelt, but EVERY cat will be there for you, from the smallest kit to the meanest Shadowclan cat-no offense to them. We are ALL cats.” Dovefeather looked up at her, then smiled, knowing her life, although tricky, was not worth leaving- EVER.

Lesson learned, guys. Life's worth it.
