The Everlasting Flame

I had an idea for the shoulder guard, so I made it first, and then made the other parts of the skin as it began to piece together.
I tried to go a little bit with some of my gut feelings when I was doing/making/modifying things.
I had some problems with the boot designs ( specifically the sides and the back ), and I'm not
sure how good it is, but it's there. I tried to do some
slightly more in-depth hair shading, while still be subtle, but overall it's still pretty basic.
I tried to make some designs on their face and arms and whatnot that looked like embers, but also maybe kind of like freckles? Or dappled skin? I'm
not entirely sure, but I had a goal in mind, not sure
if I achieved it, but I think it looks overall fine.
They are supposed to be a "fire person", but rather than going with a fiery skin tone, I wanted to make it kind of "ash gray".
