The Tale.

Now that I have gathered my strength...
It is time that I told you my tale.
Our family had it good in life, for generations our family had been living like royalty because of our wealth
But... my parents made a decision to go on a vacation to go to the grand canyon that next weekend.
Nobody else in the family thought that it would be a good idea, after all. We would just be walking around for a while.
I mean sureeeee it would look cool but still! We could just look at pictures on one of the computers.
They had decided we would still be going.
After we arrived we all realized we hadn't gotten anything to eat, we had water but that was it.
They said they would only be a few minutes and to stay by the van while I waited for them to get back.
Trying to entertain myself I started to jump around the many rocks that were there- that's when I saw view.
It was beautiful... Just looking at pictures didn't feel the same.
Stunned temporarily by the view I lost my foot hold on the rock. Next thing I knew I was holding on to the edge of a cliff for my life, I called for help but even with the echo of the canyon, nobody heard my call.
I fell off the canyon and died.
