Kipling - Undercentre

From the story- she’s pog in her Undercentre outfit.

She’s a vigilante called Hypersthene (Breeze to younger children) and she gets badly injured, ending up in the Undercentre with her wounds healed.
The Undercentre is the home of many villains- and the place young vigilantes and villains can get raised in if needed. The creator of the Undercentre, Chrysoprase (Taylen to younger children), took somewhat of a liking to Hypersthene and what she does for her community. Chrysoprase offered to help Hypersthene anytime needed.
