Sleep is precious. It should be valued just as time is valued. A human can't survive 11 days (longest record) without sleep. Our brains need rest, almost everything in the world needs a moment to stop and cool down, with out sleep our brain can't function correctly. Simple tasks such as cooking or driving become significantly more dangerous after 24 hours without sleep. No sleep messes up your idea of time. Let's say you stayed up all night, AM and PM feel switched up. If it's a Monday and you fall asleep at 12 AM from staying up all night and wake up at 5 PM it feels like Tuesday. Night is also a good thing, it may seem bad because it ends the day. Although without night we would also have trouble sleeping and we would also lose track of time. I love this one quote "You never know the value of water until the well is dry". If you are sick you miss your health, if you have insomnia you realize the importance of sleep. I really don't know what else to right, so just take sleep more serious and night as a friend.
