This is a Ghost cat who died and is going to his own funeral. He has a suit that if you take of will reveal a white waistcoat with some black suspenders. He also has a black belt with a little gold part whatever that part of the belt is called. I think that this is a half decent skin that a certain group of people would appreciate so if you don't understand it then maybe show it to your friend he or she might like it.
