Inspired by carrotsprouts' skin, which can be found here:

I have adapted to add my own channel colors, as well as making the laurel wreath a wreath of lavender. I have added tails to the coat to more closely resemble Royal Navy uniforms from the 1840s.

Updated v2.1 to 2.2 with a sash fix.
