Oh first I should mention that this is not a 100% original design! I just started with this and one thing I am doing is experimenting and playing with techniques in other's designs to see where I can push it. The thing i liked with this skin, actually, is the shading technique this person used. I should go back and put a link to give them credit.

But I do recommend this, find a skin that does something you want to do, put it in the editor and play with it. I like this a lot better than starting from scratch because the completely blank skin can be overwhelming. If you do get to the point of starting with a completely blank skin, fill it in as quickly as possible!

I should also mention there is a very nifty tool in the editor where you can add or subtract value from the selected color!

I love it! How do you do the shading? I've always wanted to make epic skins... but I just have to use ones others have made....
