OMG I CANT STAND LOOKING AT INCOMPLETE STUFF
rules:

hue shifting is allowed as long as the color is recognizable
the due date is the 19th cus theres a lot of stuff going on past that
prizes:
1st:: follow+ 3 pages of likes (also may end up
being the skin i use in minecraft)
2nd: follow+2 pages of likes
3rd: follow+ 1 page of likes
runner ups will get a follow and likes on 5 skins
if i already follow u then ill give u shout out instead of follow
