Basic Shading | project antisqcial

A half-shaded hair base for my friend antisqcial to complete
(They'll also have to finish the eye)

I N S T R U C T I O N S :

To make basic shading, youll need four colors: the given one is number 3
They travel around the saturation square like this:
1 (highlight)
--2 (highlight 2)
---3 (base)
----4 (Shadow)

As your colors get lighter they slowly travel to yellow on the hue scale, likewise as they get darker they travel toward purple.

For example, highlights on red look more orange-y, while shadows on it look more purplish.
