The character "Loona" from the show "Hazbin Hotel".
The shading (where there is shading) is okay at best, but I'm satisfied with it.

NOTE TO JAVA PLAYERS: Remove the head overlay at your own risk. Some things are best left unseen.

PS: I made her tail like it is because the bottom is white, and the bottom is what we see when the tail is up like that, though you can see some black at the edges.
