Axton...he is the right hand of Giovanni and got to be the head of team rocket when Giovanni disappeared in but decided to go away from the team with many others rocket recruits since he got his hands tied by the wife of Giovanni to do all right. His main objective is to conquer each other evil team of the pokmon universe even thought he is far from completing it. He has the eye red with a fight with red who fire blast him with his charizard by capturing pokmon without they wanted to.
