I'd previously taken a roughly eight month long hiatus from the Skindex due to health issues and burnout from keeping up with multiple social media communities. I was also very dissatisfied with signature lightsourcing/shading style, which severely limited my ability to make skins, and also had a tendency to make them look awkward.

While on my hiatus, I worked on developing a new shading style that a lot of you who are on PMC are likely familiar with, as I've remained semi-active there. :) While it lacks the lightsourcing my old style has, it's far easier for me to make skins now, and I've regained a lot of enjoyment for the craft. x Also, my posting less frequently has helped significantly with burnout and self-esteem struggles I'd been having, which was worsening some health issues.

In other words, I am hoping to begin posting here again, although it likely won't be as often as before. x My style will look a bit different, of course, but I hope that you will enjoy my new content. :)
