Hello! This Is A Requested Skin From BigBreadGuy, And Also Edited From The Widow Base On My Bases Account, @LadyElisabethBases. I Know The Request Was To Make A 1900s Formal Skin, But After I Searched Some Up, They Looked Quite Similar To This. I Think That The Shoes May Not Be That Fitting, But I Hope You Like It Anyways :D After I Finish The Flower Skin Pack, All Of My Hair Shadings Will Look Like This.
