Freefall

Inspired by the clothing and profit drive of the wild west, American gangsters from the 1920s, space travel and trench coats. I've been working on this concept since late May, hope you like it :)

At a once-bustling space station, starships arrived in droves to purchase supplies for their journeys through the universe in exchange for fuel that kept the station's engines running. But after she arrived with her family, interstellar travel was banned. Starships stopped landing and the colony's owners left in search of more profitable ventures, leaving the rest of the colony to deal with the station's failing engines. Gangs took over and desperately fought over dwindling resources while the engines shut down and the station slowly edged closer to the planet it orbited. To survive, she became the leader of a major crime syndicate. Now she needs to find a way to evacuate everyone with nothing but her crew, her Uzis, and her very cool hat before they all fall to the planet below or starve.
