Help me By making me a new announcement skin!

Rules:
Don’t copy anyones skins
Tag ur skin with Hogwartsce
You can’t use one of ur skins that u already have!
Theme is whatever
Due date is November 22nd! ( I changed it bc I wanted to)

The prize is:
1st place gets two pages of likes and a shoutout on my page
2nd place gets 1 page of likes
3rd place gets half a page of likes
I might do honorable mentions if more people join
