This is a skin of Ralsei from Deltarune, which is a game made by Toby Fox. I do not know Toby, or any other person who worked on the game, but I like to consider this skin something along the lines of fanart. I did take inspiration from frybanshee139, such as the glasses shape and other details like shading. I did spend ~2.5 hours creating this skin with the best of my abilities, and hoped to share it with other fans of Toby's work.
