Splash Serpent

This is a superhero that I made, and her name is Splash Serpent. She has several powers like water, ice, portals, and blood. The whole skin is based on water. Her suit is made out of ice, on her palms, she has these blue whirlpools that summon a portal where ever she wants, and she has blood dripping from her arm. She can only control water from a water source around her. She can control ice by cooling water to its freezing point creating ice and she can also melt ice back into water. Portals are a way of transportation she can control it with these whirlpools she has on her palms which summon the portals. Blood is her special ability it comes from the bodies of her enemies. It activates when she is at the break of death, and also can control the blood even if it's still inside the person's body, but every use comes with a risk.
