One of the two Riverclan cats that were selected to see why there was no water. He traveled with two cats from Thunderclan, Shadowclan, and Windclan. He had them taste fish for once and only one of the other cats liked it. When they got to the source where there was no water, they figured out it was beavers causing the drought. Rippletail fought bravely but died after a beaver gave him a terrible gash on his shoulder, making him lose too much blood. Now he watches his friends from the sky in Starclan.
