Hair base entry for JinglesBases ~1K BASES CONTEST~

Heavily inspired by The Voidfish from The Adventure Zone: Balance

This was a lot of fun! Even if I don't place anywhere near the top, I'm proud of what I made. I really enjoyed getting to further my "voidfish" hair idea without sticking to my persona's original color scheme!

Regardless of the competition, if anyone wants to use this, please feel free to do so as long as credit is given!
