hey! so, this is a request skin. i do commissions for free but i need to stay within my limits, so if its too difficult for me ill tell you and provide a simplified suggestion. and i might not get to yours, so if i dont I'm terribly sorry. some of my limits are;

ombre hair
neon colours
ombre clothes

(i can do ombre, but only fading from the color into black and its only on things easy to shade, like socks.)
