Added a bit more texture, shortened the gloves, added elbowguards, changed the lettering of the '13', and removed the helmet of this skin:

I personally liked the helmet and how it was designed, but I also prefer the security armor without the visor, so...

Good Job Improving It, The Reason I Did The 13 Like That Is Because In The Original Fallout Games The 13Was Styled More Or Less Like That Otherwise Good Improvement
yeah nah i get that. I liked the 3 on the skin before, but in the end it just came down to personal preference. Without your skin I wouldn't have been able to make this so thanks!
