Planesplitter

A seemingly old creature from a far land. A monster, you may call them, but they're simply forever lost, cursed to wander between the realms for eternity. Never truly alive nor dead, unable to pass on for some reason, unbeknownst to you, a weary traveler.
They're found in nearly any dimension you could possibly dream of, despite that some clash with their surroundings but carry forth souvenirs with them from each dimensions they've passed through; hence, the name "Planesplitter". Walking between dimensions and planes, never truly bound to one.
They have distinct features that look like Sculk with the eyes of an enderman, some carrying personal belongings, a mysterious aura shrouding any of their kind you come across in your travels.
