ehhh this one's ok, I just feel like I could have done abetter job showing the tower but then I would feel like the eye would be too low resolution.
Anyways Its Sauron, the eye of Sauron on the tower of Barad-Dr, peter Jackson's film "The Lord Of The Rings, Return Of The King". To be honest my "sight" of the eye of Sauron is much different when I was reading the book but Peter Jackson's is still good.
