(Rainbow Quest Concept) Cyan leader

A Tribe of Blue Steves went to live on the surface, They evolved into the Cyan Steves, which were physical and seemed to have lost their connection to the Spirit World, after a few years in the peaceful tribe, something happened, a certain someone was born blessed. Born with the special gift of Magic. A trick first learned by The First Curse, this laidback Steve was powerful enough to become the Leader of his Tribe, soon all the Cyan Steves learnt Magic but they weren't as special at it as the Leader, who didn't interfere unless he had to.
