A Steve Skin: Ezra, a highly trained assassin that works for S.A.R.. Ezra is also the leader of S.A.R.'s strike squad. Ezra's special armor and gas mask allows him to go into any kind of radiation zone, walk through poisoned areas, and even throw sleep gas bombs without being effected. Ezra may have killed less people than ACE but that doesn't make him any less dangerous. Who is Ezra and what is he and S.A.R. up too? Do they mean well? Or do they have other intensions...
