the way skins get on top is how quickly they get liked. That way skins aren't just sitting up there forever while newer skinners never get a chance. (Skinseed is set up where the skins with the most likes get on top, and its literally impossible to ever get there unless you advertise on other people's skins like crazy.)

the skins on top get on top with how quickly their liked.
Like if a skin got 20 likes in 10 minutes it'd get on top page.
something that kind of sucks is that some people simply like their skin with dozens of alts.
