Ender Sentinel

lil concept i had while listening to edgy music.

tentative lore is that an enderman had its eyes messed up during battle with [player], so it couldn't teleport or attack, but the mysterious forces of The End gave it another, more powerful eye. it is known to hang around Wardens and communicate with them, complementing each others' senses. Ender Sentinels hunt players with potion effects, especially Invisibility and Night Vision.
