Ice E-Boy

Hello Gamers! This skin took me a few hours to make, and I really hope all of you love this! Some of the details in this skin include, a shirt with a wave, a breast pocket, blue jeans with two holes in them, along with two front, and back pockets, blue hair, horns, blue eyes, and an optional option to roll up the sleeves to the shirt. (I have not tested out the option to roll up your sleeves, but I hope it works!)
