This is another Ultrakill based skin. This time it's based on the Mind Flayer enemy, which is surprisingly not a squid thing. I don't really know how to make bare skin yet, nor do I know how to make a body appear more feminine, so I just went with a male body. (The Mind Flayers are primarily female in appearance)
