One day, Dr. Blake Beyuber came in contact with some abnormal toxins while he was working in his lab. These toxins transformed him into something horribly dangerous and made him desire more of the toxins. Then he began transforming others into what he had become. He became known as Dr. Toxin. I literally just did something random here.
