It is a mix of Dream and GeorgeNotFound. All I did was upload the Dream Skin into the editor and then I had a picture of GeorgeNotFound, added the glasses, shirt, and edited the smile. Full credit to Dream for the base, and Credit to GeorgeNotFound because I would not have been able to make this without his skin existing.
