one of my old skins from 2017! an adoptable, adopted by zoeyyy on pmc

maybe this is a pattern haha, wherein I upload a shiny, new skin accompanied by one of my crusty old ones LOL

what inspired this one? I'm not entirely sure myself. tbh I just threw a bunch of stuff together and it somehow worked! Looking back, I would love to redo this skin and make a '21 version.

Though if anything, I think this skin epitomised the evolution of my shading technique four years ago. I'd just recently begun experimenting with a bunch of different styles in an attempt to find my own. The skins leading up to this one were all a mess of different styles as I combined and recombined myriad shading techniques.

Finally, I settled on one that I could kind of stand and I ended up with this skin (though it changed shortly thereafter anyway LMAO) <33
