The two things on the head are supposed to be horns, but I don't know if they look quite right, the other things on the sides of the head are elf ears. The top layers can all be removed and the skin would still look perfectly normal. I wanted to create a nice warrior look with this skin and I hope I achieved it. At the start I was trying to make a dragon girl, but I am not sure anyone would look at this skin and say "Hey! This is a dragon!". I hope you like it.
