1. (the one on the left)
Make 2 dots at the top, one in the middle and one at the bottom w ur darkest color.

2.
Add lighter color like I did.

3.
Fill in the rest with an even lighter color

4.
If you want, you can add highlights over and under the middle

5.
This is how I shade the actual shirt, hoodie etc.
