Rules: u must comment blue or red and I randomly pick one user who typed each color then I randomly pick a user from one of the 2 that I picked from the 2 colors. 1st place gets a follow and 15 likes (and if I already followed u you will get 20 likes) and 2nd place gets 7 likes and a follow (and if I already followed u you will get 10 likes). I hope u understood the rules.
