Another Updated version of one of my old deleted characters. he has a different colour pallette as well as more and new features added to his concept to make him a more exciting character. as before he is a varient of lots of different minions ( i'll add more varients as we go along) but i decided to start with this simple mysterious cloaked minion. he is also free to be used as a skin if you would like to.
