It's an umbrella term for genders, or rather metaphors that are used to describe genders, that are not connected to masculinity, femininity, or androgyny, rather they feel like they are connected or related to things, objects, ideas, etc. One example is catgender, which means that someone's gender would feel related to cats, or they want to incorporate cats into their gender to understand themself better. Xenogenders can be anything. For me, my gender feels kind of related to the sky, clouds, rain, stars, etc. Basically, I get gender euphoria from thinking about or looking at those things. It's hard to explain. It's like an internal feeling- like how someone knows if they're male/female/neither. But it's, like other things. Hope that helps (:
