TV Head: Dapper Static

Character has a television set in the place a head would be, with a simple purple smiley face over rainbow static on the screen. They are dressed in a white button-up under a purple vest with a dark teal tie. Their pants are black and sit high on the waist, and they are wearing sparkly off-white shoes. Three wires hang out the back of the TV set, and there is a small pale yellow flower on the left side of their vest.
