Guy Gardner (Yellow Lantern)

After Hal Jordan returned as Green Lantern of Earth and Sector 2814, Guy Gardner challenged him to a duel in which the winner would stay in the Green Lantern Corps. Due to Hal's experience as Green Lantern for more time than Gardner he easily defeated him. Guy quit the Corps as per the duel's rules, and later he tricked Lobo into bringing him Sinestro's Yellow Lantern Ring. Gardner later used this ring to help the Superman and the new Justice League, fight the monster Doomsday, who was defeated at the cost of Superman's life. Guy Gardner later led a a group of different heroes to
Oa where they found the destroyed Green Lantern Corps. Guy and the heroes where ambushed by Hal Jordan, who was now Parallax. After gaining the upper hand Guy was about to defeat Parallax when Hal used Green Lantern energy to destroy Guy's ring. However in the Minecraft Universe Guy has continued using the ring and is creating a new life for himself.
