Ulipse, the Point of Sandbrick Sandbox is either angry, apprehensive, or just bitter. She seems to be angered by defiance, too, as the player is advised by Ulipse not to collect eighteen stars or they will face her wrath. After defeating Ulipse, she can be located near Battery Canyon's portal, saying that she was consumed by fear and rage and apologizes for her rude behavior.
