Dicyan

Star of the Delta Order and Father of the Orders of the Remnant. An organization created to bring freedom from malevolent beings. He is known for his flaming blue sword and his ability to spark revolution in countless nations.

As a man with a "Pay Evil Unto Evil" mindset, Dicyan is known to many as "Surtr", a jtunn in Norse mythology who will carry a bright sword to fight the sir during Ragnark.

People who revere Dicyan have called him "The Will of Shamash", paying homage to the ancient Mesopotamian sun god, god of justice, morality, and truth.

People who work in the Orders often refer to Dicyan simply as "Delta" as a form of respect to his position.
