The Voidweaver | CE

The challenge was to create a skin based off any Minecraft block, so I chose the End Gateway! Now, I know, technically this isn't a block, but it's so pretty.... and hey, it has a hitbox, so I'm stickin' with it!
Her name is the Voidweaver, and she's a sort of inter-dimensional escort. She creates End portals and allows safe travel through them. Cold, calculating, and borderline emotionless, Voidweaver favors some travelers but would NEVER admit this. Rumor has it she was once an Enderman, and by some unknown means ascended to her position. Voidweaver rarely interacts with any beings of the Overworld, Nether, or End, and to see her is incredibly rare and considered a gravely bad omen.
Fun fact: she wears glasses. They allow her to see and better grasp the threads between worlds.
