I imagine that with the stress of all of his canon trauma, Tommy's eyes get dimmer / less full of light. It's a headcanon in the fandom that I really adore. Likewise, I can imagine his hair dims a bit due to a lack of sun exposure or his palette just being washed out as a physical reflection of what he's been through. This is the basic version, but I plan to give him an alt version with a revamped outfit. You can use this with or without credit idc. If Tommy likes it, big man can yoink it ofc
