REQIUREMENTS FOR SIGNING UP

You need to be active meaning that you actually respond and do not leave your teammates wondering what is going on
You need to have the ability to make a skin in 2 weeks
Please have knowledge about team and division tourneys

Also, one question. Do I wait for the next round to come out or do I need to make a 5 parts skin? The tourney round said that it ended in two weeks and it's been two week, so what would you like me to do?
