Hello! I am making an adoptables raffle

Raffle: When someone makes a shading or base anddddd they post it. People enter (through comments) and then the host randomly picks who wins it

Adoptables: Unshaded bases (Outfits, hair)

The ammount of winners depends on how many people enter.
