Sparks

Sparks is a pokemon, in a way. It's very complicated, so I won't be explaining all of it here, but basically it's an alternate universe, one that has pokemon, and magic as separate things. Combined with modern science, we have pokemon fusions, genetically modified pokemon, humanoid pokemon, ect. Sparks is a science experiment, so not a identified pokemon, and is humanoid. His brother is very protective, and for a good reason, sparks is detrimentally weak. Sparks is innocent, adorable, disabled, and defenseless. I'll probably make a skin for Sparks brother as well.
