This Glitch/Steve was created long ago but was broken by the ruler, the creator decided he was a great danger to the world. The Android had no idea of the dangers of the world no emotion or feelings. He was taken apart and remade several times until...one creator, Alejandro_NoLove did not let him be taken apart ever again once NoLove was destroyed he looked over the Android from on and on.
